Hollow glass (Low-E):

Hollow glass is a space separated by two or more pieces of glass and an aluminum frame filled with high-efficiency molecular sieve adsorbent. The aluminum alloy frames are bonded and sealed with butyl rubber and then sealed with polysulfide or structural adhesive. Has good sound insulation, heat insulation, thermal insulation, and anti condensation effects.

Hollow glass manufacturers can choose ordinary glass, colored glass, coated glass, LOW-E glass, tempered glass, hot bent glass, etc. as hollow glass substrates according to requirements.

■ Optical performance: Lowe glass generally has a visible light transmittance range of 10-80% and a reflectivity range of 13-35% depending on the performance of the composite insulating glass substrate.

Thermal performance: It can effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient U value, and if filled with inert gas, it can further reduce the heat transfer coefficient U.

Sound insulation performance: Generally, insulated glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels, while insulated glass filled with inert gas can further reduce noise by 5 decibels on the original basis, which can greatly reduce traffic noise from 80 decibels to a very quiet level.

Sealing: The aluminum spacer frame is formed in one go using automatic bending technology, minimizing the number of joints; Double sealing with butyl rubber, polysulfide rubber or structural adhesive is used to ensure the sealing performance of the insulated glass and extend its service life.

■ Relatively lightweight: Under the same insulation effect, using insulated glass instead of some special walls or concrete walls can increase the lighting area, enhance indoor comfort, and simplify the building structure.
