Laminated glass (sample):

Laminated glass is made by sandwiching two or more pieces of float glass with a strong PVB (ethylene polymer butyrate) film in between. After being compressed by a hot press and exhausting as much intermediate air as possible, it is then placed in a high-pressure steam kettle to dissolve the remaining small amount of air into the adhesive film using high temperature and high pressure.

Characteristics of laminated glass:

Due to the toughness and strong adhesion of the adhesive film in the middle layer, it is not easily penetrated after impact damage, and fragments will not fall off. Tightly adhered to the cornea.

The interlayer layer can reduce solar radiation, prevent the loss of energy sources, save electricity consumption of air conditioning, and provide a buffering effect on sound wave vibration products, thereby achieving sound insulation effect.

3. Compared with other types of glass, it has the performance of shock resistance, anti-theft, bulletproof, and explosion-proof.

4. The intermediate film can block 99% of ultraviolet rays and delay the fading of indoor furniture and curtains.

5. Enhance the aesthetic appearance of buildings. The intermediate film can come in multiple colors for designers to choose from, making it easy to coordinate with the exterior wall and surrounding environment.
